  • Bank of America Securities Fraud Settlement

    Certian Bank of America investors may participate in the $2.425 billion dollar securities fraud settlement.  Please note that you should carefully read the qualifications on the Notice and Proof of Claim.

  • Fairfield Greenwich Group Settlement

    Investors who invested prior to December 10, 2008 in certain Fairfield Greenwich funds have until April 17, 2013 to submit claim to be part of settlement.

  • Wonder Auto Technology (WATG) Securities Fraud Settlement

    Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired publicly traded securities of Wonder Auto Technology between March 30, 2009, and May 6, 2011, inclusive have until April 15, 2013 to post mark a proof of claim to be part of this settlement.  

     
  • EnergySolutions (ES) IPO Securities Class Action Settlement

    EnergySolutions went public in November, 2007.  A securities class action alleged that EnergySolutions, its officers and directors made false and misleading statements about the company’s financial condition and its future business opportunities in order to artificially inflate the value of its stock at the time of the IPO.  EnergySolutions recently settled the securities class action for $26 million.

  • Pharmacia Securities Class Action Lawsuit Settlement

    In 2004 Pfizer acquired Pharmacia Corporation in large part of Pharmacia’s drug Celebrex.  At the time a securities class action against Pharmacia was ongoing in which shareholders alleged that Pharmacia violated federal securities laws in connection with its publication of gastrointestinal data from a Celebrex study.  After ten years of litigation, Pfizer settled the securities class action for $164 million.
